There are so many Fascia closure devices on the market today. The least expensive option I have seen is the Storz Closure Needle or the Wolf Closure Needle. Both devices can be used with a cone system from a Carter Thompson. Richard Wolf Medical actually provides reusable cones. Typically I see facilities lose the cones quite often.

A new product on the market now is the Neoclose. The Neoclose is different as it comes preloaded with the sutures already in place with the striking needles where as the other devices you have to chase the suture. This device is one of the fastest closure devices available on the market. Can anyone recommend another that is priced well under $100?
