From my passed experience, the best teams have positioning, setup and the leadt amount of furniture/tables in a room. Positioning is driven by safety for the patient, staff and reproducibility. Products now exist such as Infinitusmedical.com that help to provide that access to maintain airway, while alleviating the physical stress for staff. By not tucking the arms in some cases I have seen one IV started versus two due to the access now alloted to reach the patient.
