When truly understanding your inventory and what is a NEED versus a WANT can all come down to tray cofiguration and equipment. One of the easiest trays to fix is your cysto TURP or TURBT trays.

The best way I have found to do this is to have a complete cysto tray, and a WORKING RESECTION SET. WITH A SET LIKE THIS YOU CAN COMPLETE
